Why do clients choose AEREALTY?
We have been working since 2018 and have completed more than 2,500 orders for over 450 clients, and many of them come back. They include Capital, RE/MAX, OPPA, Vilniaus turtas, Bico Group and Nordvia. We usually send the photos the same day. In their reviews, clients most often mention the quality, the speed and good value for money.
How soon will I get the photos?
Usually the same day: we select the shots, edit them and send them by email. An edited video can be ready as soon as the next day.
When do you work?
Around the clock, weekends included. We can also shoot in the evening or at night, for example a lit building or an oversize load moved at night.
Can I order just one service?
Yes. You can order only photos, only video or only a drone flight.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Send us your company details and we'll email you the invoice.
Do you work outside Vilnius?
Yes. We mostly work in and around Vilnius, and elsewhere in Lithuania our partners help: we arrange the job and we are responsible for the quality. Travel costs depend on the distance, and we tell you the amount in advance.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, if you order at least 3 times a month. If you work with real estate all the time, let's talk about working together long term.
Do you have permits to fly a drone?
Yes. We are registered with Lithuania's Transport Competence Agency (TKA) and hold the A1/A3 qualification. If the property is in a restricted zone, such as near the airport, we arrange the permit ourselves. More on the drone services page.
Are changes to visualizations free?
Two revisions are included in the price. If you need more, we agree on them separately. You'll find examples on the 3D visualization page.
