House photography in Vilnius
We photograph houses you are selling or renting: every room, the facade, the yard, the terrace and the garage. If you need it, we add aerial shots so a buyer sees the plot and what is around it.
What you get and how we work.
- Every room, the kitchen, the bathrooms and the utility rooms
- The facade, the yard, the terrace and the garage
- If you need them, aerial shots: the plot, the neighbors, the forest or water
- The plot boundary on the aerial photo
- Photos by email the same evening
A house needs both the inside and the surroundings. A buyer wants to see not only the rooms but also the yard, the terrace, the neighbors and how far away the forest or water is.
So we photograph it step by step: outside and inside, and aerial shots can be ordered together or on their own.
The house inside
We photograph each room from a few angles to show how they connect. In the living room and kitchen the light from the windows matters most, in the bathroom and utility room the finish and the equipment.
Facade, yard and terrace
Outside we photograph the facade, the yard, the terrace and the garage. We choose yard shots that show the size of the plot and how the house sits on it.
The house from the air
From above a buyer sees right away the size of the plot, the neighbors and how far away the forest or water is. We can mark the plot boundary on the photo. More on the drone services and land plot photography pages.
New and unfinished houses
We photograph a new-build house even when the neighbors' houses are still going up or the yard has only just been started. We also shoot with partial finishing: photos like these help to sell during construction.
What clients say
“They offered useful suggestions that helped show off the house's strengths.”

How many photos will I get?
Usually 25 to 45, depending on the size of the house and whether we shoot from the air.

Usually the same evening after the shoot, by email, with a link to download them.
