Construction progress photography
We regularly photograph and film construction from the air, from the same points: for developers, contractors and investors. Prices from €80 per flight.
What you get and how we work.
- Regular construction progress photos and videos
- The same angles every time, so you can see the progress
- Images for sales and investor updates
- Photos of the finished project, from the air and inside
Clients, investors and buyers want to see that the project is moving. Regular aerial photos show that better than any report, and for the contractor they are also a record of the work.
We photograph from the first excavation to the finished building. At the end we can edit a video that fits the whole build into one minute.
Who needs it
Developers who want to show progress to buyers and investors. Contractors who need documentation of the work. Banks and other lenders who follow how the project is going.
How we work
On our first visit we choose the points and heights we will shoot from for the whole project. Every time we take the shots from the same spots, so you can see the progress just by comparing them.
We send the photos and a short video after every flight.
When construction is finished
Photos of the finished building, from the air and inside, help sell it. More on the real estate photography and interior photography pages.
