Apartment photography in Vilnius
We photograph apartments you are selling or renting: every room, the kitchen, the bathroom and the balcony. You get the photos the same evening, ready for real estate listing portals. From €70.
What you get and how we work.
- Every room, the kitchen, the bathroom and the balcony
- Photos in 3:2, ready for real estate listing portals
- Straight walls and a view through the window, not a white blur
- If you need it, an aerial shot: where the building stands and what is around
- Photos by email the same evening
In an apartment, light and space matter most. We shoot during the day, when the most light comes in through the windows, turn on every lamp and choose angles that show how the rooms connect.
We work with private sellers, real estate brokers and agencies.
Photographing an apartment for sale
We photograph every room, the kitchen, the bathroom and the balcony, and if you need them, the stairwell, the yard or the view through the window. For an apartment in a block, an aerial shot helps too: it shows where the building stands and what is around it.
If the apartment is furnished, we tell you before the shoot what is worth moving.
Photographing an apartment for rent
An apartment for rent needs the same photos as one for sale: bright rooms, the kitchen, the bathroom and the view through the window. Short-term rentals often need details too, such as a made bed or a workspace.
New and renovated apartments
In a new or newly renovated apartment, the finish matters most to a buyer: the floors, the tiles, the windows and the light. We photograph empty rooms from a corner so the whole floor shows.
Apartments in historic buildings
Old buildings have many details: high ceilings, moldings, arched windows, fireplaces. We photograph them so the details show, while glossy surfaces and mirrors don't reflect the photographer.
After the shoot
We edit every shot ourselves: we straighten the lines, even out the light and bring back the view through the window. The photos work for listings, websites and social media.
What clients say
“We called in the morning, and by the evening I already had… quality photos.”

Frequently asked.
How do I get the apartment ready for the shoot?
Clear the surfaces, put away small things, open the curtains and turn on all the lights. In the bathroom it's worth removing towels and toiletries, in the kitchen leaving the countertop empty. When we arrive we'll walk through the apartment again and tell you what to move.
How many photos will I get?
Usually 20 to 30: enough to show every room and the main details. We agree the exact number based on how many rooms there are.
Do you photograph empty apartments?
Yes. We photograph an empty apartment so the size of the rooms and the light are clear. If you want to show how it would look furnished, we can make a 3D visualization.
When will I get the photos?
Usually the same evening after the shoot, by email, with a link to download them.
Do I need to be there?
Someone needs to let us in: the owner, the broker or the tenant.
How much does apartment photography cost?
From €70. The final price depends on the floor area, the number of rooms and whether you need aerial shots. Call us or fill in the form and we'll tell you the exact price within the hour.
What would it cost? We reply within an hour.
