About the service

What you get and how we work.

  • Photos in 3:2 format, ready for real estate listing portals
  • Every room, the kitchen, the bathroom, the balcony or terrace
  • Straight walls and the view through the window, not a white patch
  • If you need them, aerial shots: the house, the plot and the surroundings
  • Photos by email the same evening

A buyer opens a listing because of the first photo and calls because of the rest. So we photograph the whole home in order, from the entrance and living room to the bathroom and the yard, so people understand the layout before they come to see it.

We work with private sellers, real estate brokers and agencies, including Capital, RE/MAX, OPPA and Vilniaus turtas.

Photographing an apartment for sale

In an apartment, light and space matter most. We shoot during the day, when the most light comes in through the windows, turn on every lamp and choose angles that show how the rooms connect.

We photograph every room, the kitchen, the bathroom and the balcony, and if you need them, the stairwell, the yard or the view through the window. For an apartment in a block, an aerial shot helps too: it shows where the building stands and what is around it.

If the apartment is furnished, we tell you before the shoot what is worth moving. If it is empty, we photograph it so the size of the rooms is clear.

Photographing a house or townhouse

A house needs both the inside and the surroundings: the yard, the terrace, the garage and often a view from the air. From above, a buyer sees right away the size of the plot, the neighbors and how far the forest or the water is.

Outside we photograph the facade, the yard, the terrace and the garage, inside every room. Drone photography can be ordered together with them or on its own.

We also photograph during construction, when some of the finishing work isn't done yet. You can see an example like this on our work page.

Photographing a land plot

When you buy a plot, the main thing is knowing where it ends. So we mark the boundary right on the aerial photo. More on the drone services page.

Real estate photography for rentals

A home for rent needs the same photos as one for sale: bright rooms, the kitchen, the bathroom and the view through the window. Short-term rentals often need details too, such as a made bed or a workspace.

For real estate brokers and agencies

We work with real estate brokers and agencies all the time. You can order by phone or message, and we send the photos the same evening, so you can put the listing up the next day.

If you order at least 3 times a month, you get a discount.

After the shoot

We edit every shot ourselves: we straighten the lines, even out the light and bring back the view through the window.

The photos work for the listing, a website and social media.

Questions

Frequently asked.

How do I get ready for the shoot?

Clear the surfaces, put away small things, open the curtains and turn on all the lights. In the bathroom it's worth taking down the towels and toiletries, and in the kitchen leaving the countertop empty. When we arrive, we'll walk through the rooms again and tell you what to move.

When will I get the photos?

Usually the same evening after the shoot, by email, with a link to download them.

How many photos will I get?

Usually 25 to 45: fewer if we only shoot from the air, more if we photograph the interior too. We agree on the exact number before the shoot, based on the floor area and the rooms.

Do I need to be there?

Someone needs to let us in: the owner, the broker or the tenant. For aerial photos of a plot, usually nobody needs to be there.

Can I order only aerial photos?

Yes. Each service can be ordered separately.

How is real estate photography for sale different from phone photos?

We shoot in 3:2, the format that fits real estate listing portals, straighten the horizon and the walls, keep the light and the view through the window, and mark the boundaries on a plot. Photos taken on a phone or in a hurry are often tilted, dark and soft. You can see a comparison on the homepage.

How much does real estate photography cost?

The price depends on the floor area, the number of rooms, whether you need aerial shots and how far we have to travel. Call us or fill in the form, and we'll tell you the exact price in less than an hour.
