Commercial space photography
We photograph offices, shops, cafes, hotels and other commercial spaces you are renting out, selling or want to show to clients. We pick a time that doesn't get in the way of your work.
What you get and how we work.
- Every space: halls, offices, meeting rooms, corridors
- The building from the street, so it is clear where the space is
- Straight lines and even light in every room
- If you need them, aerial shots: the building, the parking and the surroundings
- Photos by email the same evening
Photos of a commercial space are seen by tenants, buyers and clients. The first care about the area and the layout, clients about the mood: the light, the materials and the details.
We shoot before the working day, after it or at the weekend, when nobody is there. If you like, we can also photograph with staff or visitors.
Offices
In an office the main thing is to show the workspaces, the meeting rooms and the shared areas. We photograph them so the light and the amount of space show.
Cafes, restaurants and shops
Here the mood matters: the light, the materials, the details on the table or the shelves. The photos work for your website, your Google profile, booking systems and social media.
Spaces for rent or sale
For a tenant or buyer the area, the windows, the layout and where the space is matter most. So we also photograph the building from the street, and from the air if needed.
You can see an example in the project commercial space in an old building.
Hotels and serviced apartments
We photograph the rooms ready for guests, and the shared areas, such as the reception or the breakfast room, when nobody is in them. The photos work for booking platforms.
What clients say
“The work was done on time and to a really high standard.”
Frequently asked.
When is the best time to photograph an office or a cafe?
Before opening, after work or at the weekend, when there are no visitors. We work around the clock, so we pick the time that suits you.
Do you photograph with people?
We can. For cafes and offices it often helps, because the space looks alive. We agree it in advance.
Do you photograph empty spaces for rent?
Yes. We photograph an empty space so the area, the windows and the layout are clear. We start with the building from the street, so a tenant knows where the space is.
When will I get the photos?
Usually the same evening. For a bigger place, such as a hotel, we agree the date in advance.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Send us your company details and we'll email you the invoice.
How much does commercial space photography cost?
The price depends on the floor area, the number of shots and whether you need aerial shots. Call us or fill in the form and we'll tell you the exact price within the hour.
What would it cost? We reply within an hour.
