When the house doesn't exist yet, it's hard for a buyer or client to picture it. A visualization shows the building, the light and the materials as if it were already standing.
From above
We place a model of the future house into a real bird's-eye photo of the site. You can see the plot, the neighbors, the road and the forest, so the buyer doesn't have to guess where the house will stand.
If you don't have an aerial photo of the plot yet, we take one with our drone. If you do, we can use yours.
A closer look
An eye-level view shows the house the way a person will see it from the street or the yard. It works for a listing, a sign by the plot and a presentation to the client.
We do interiors the same way: with furniture, light through the windows and real materials, so it's clear what living in the rooms will be like.

Every project is different, so first we talk: we go over which images you need and send you a quote. We send the first version for you to review and make the changes you point out.

Yes, we agree on this in advance. If the video needs text, send it to us.
How much does 3D visualization cost?
From €70. The final price depends on the number of images, whether it's an exterior or an interior and how much information the drawings contain. Once we've talked through what you need, we'll send you a quote.
